Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least three years related experience.
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Must demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate pre-boarding and on-boarding activities.
• Manage confidential documents.
• Ensure pre-boarding and on-boarding practices are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage communications for pre-boarding and on-boarding.
• Ensure newly hired employees have submitted all required documents prior to being cleared to start.
• Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals of the organization.
• Review and recommend process improvements for efficient onboarding.
• Engage in recruiting activities as directed by the Talent Acquisition Director.
• Coordinate and assist with TA projects and hiring events.
• Maintain confidentiality and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Provide reports on onboarding activities.
• Maintain up-to-date onboarding documentation with a compliance focus.
• Other duties as assigned.
