Responsibilities

• Provides regional administrative and entry-level recruitment support to local Talent Acquisition teams.
• Manages applicant tracking, assessment review, pre-screening, and sourcing for entry-level or high-volume openings.
• Coordinates with HRSC for candidate status updates, interviews, and onboarding tasks.
• Schedules interviews, health screens, travel, and orientation events.
• Tracks billing statements and compiles recruitment reports.
• Assists with marketing initiatives and maintains knowledge of position requirements and culture.
