Everforth Apex is seeking an HR Support Representative 3 – Onboarding in Austin, TX, to coordinate onboarding from verbal offer through Day 1. The role partners across HR and the business to ensure a smooth, timely start for new hires in a hybrid work environment.

You’ll manage onboarding communications, host orientation sessions, and proactively address onboarding challenges while protecting start dates and ensuring compliance.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in HR support, onboarding, or related operations.
• Strong customer service, organized, detail-oriented, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate in-person and virtual sessions and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.

Mansioni

• Welcome new hires on Day 1 and ensure access to laptop, badge, and resources.
• Host New Employee Orientation in person for local hires and virtually for broader audience.
• Manage onboarding communications and track candidates from offer to Day 1.
• Follow up on onboarding tasks, work authorization, and compliance to protect start dates.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiters, and stakeholders to resolve onboarding barriers.
• Provide status updates and help improve onboarding processes.
