Job summary

This contract-to-hire role coordinates new-hire onboarding, equipment shipping, onboarding schedules, basic tech support, mail processing, and event support.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Prior office/HR onboarding experience or customer service background.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and onboarding schedules.
• Comfortable learning, navigating, and troubleshooting across multiple technology platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding schedules and activities for new employees.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, IT, and internal teams to prepare new hires for day one.
• Schedule onboarding meetings, orientation sessions, and required training.
• Track onboarding tasks and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion.
• Prepare, package, and ship laptops and other equipment; maintain shipment records.
