Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR support, onboarding, or shared services.
• Strong customer service, organization, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Austin new hires on Day 1 and ensure laptop, badge, access and resources are ready.
• Host New Employee Orientation in person for Austin, and virtually for the US audience.
• Manage onboarding communications and track new hires from verbal offer through Day 1.
• Follow up on onboarding tasks, work authorization, and compliance to protect start dates.
• Coordinate with HR, recruiters, hiring managers, Facilities, and IT to resolve onboarding barriers.
• Provide timely status updates, escalate risks, and help improve onboarding processes.
