Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades in Houston, TX is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate and support new-hire onboarding for our temporary tradespeople. This full-time internal position offers steady hours and onsite work.

You will manage paperwork, background checks, data collection, scheduling with HR and recruiters, and serve as the main contact for new employees. Salary ranges $50,000–$55,000 with ~ $2,000 monthly incentives; schedule Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility to work extended

Qualifications

Experience onboarding in fast-paced staffing or high-volume environments.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with urgency.
Strong knowledge of HR systems and onboarding platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires including paperwork, background checks, data collection, and status monitoring.
Enter data accurately across multiple systems to support onboarding volume.
Serve as the main point of contact for new employees and guide them through the process.
Coordinate onboarding schedules and documentation with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers.
