Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a New Account Specialist to support new customers during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our products and services. You will educate customers on features, build relationships, and help drive retention in the first 30 days of service.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem-solving, and strong CRM/data documentation to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, account management, retention, call center, or related roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Contact new customers within their first month to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize utilization.
Provide timely support to resolve onboarding questions and challenges.
Engage with customers to reduce cancellations and improve retention during the initial period.
Work with customers considering cancellation to identify solutions and retain business.
Deliver exceptional customer service with effective communication and problem-solving.
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
