Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for Amazon Freight Partner. You will coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure partners are fully compliant and ready before first load.

In this role you will design the partner journey, define escalation paths, and drive improvements using data, with collaboration from Product and Engineering to reduce manual work and enable self-navigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding program design from offer to first load.
• Architect cross-functional coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Lead resolution of blockers with regulatory or vendor dependencies.
• Continuously improve the program using performance data.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build enabling technology.
