Job summary

Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) seeks a Business Development Manager to own the end-to-end partner recruitment pipeline, identifying, engaging, and converting candidates to join the AFP program while coordinating with capacity planning and field teams.

You will develop and execute territory strategies, build relationships with organizations, manage candidate relationships, and drive offers and onboarding, across multiple domiciles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-level acquisition strategies to recruit AFP partners.
• Build relationships with industry organizations, associations, and community partners.
• Own end-to-end candidate relationship from first engagement to offer acceptance.
• Manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and prepare them for opportunities.
• Match candidates to opportunities and guide them through onboarding.
• Represent the AFP program at events and conferences.
• Lead the AFP interview program, including interviewer calibration.
