Job summary

Amazon Freight Partner seeks a Sr. Program Manager, AFP Recruiting to design and run the end-to-end partner selection funnel—from initial inquiry through to final selection—while building scalable systems and automation.

You will own workflows, screening rubrics, and evaluation frameworks, and lead a team of coordinators and contractors to meet aggressive throughput goals. This role uses data, AI, and vendor management to accelerate candidate movement, improve quality, and align with regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning end-to-end program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience running a high-volume selection funnel with workflows and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the AFP recruiting funnel end to end from inquiry to selection.
• Design, document, and optimize recruiting workflows and rubrics.
• Lead a coordinator and contractor support team and manage workload.
• Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Lead tooling automation and system integration to reduce manual effort.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
• Identify and deploy AI/automation while complying with regulations.
• Communicate funnel performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
