Job summary

Amazon Freight Partner is seeking an Onboarding Senior Program Manager to own the partner journey from offer acceptance to first load, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely, clear execution.

In this role you will identify blockers, optimize timelines for scale, and partner with Product and Engineering to build technology that reduces manual work and helps partners self-navigate their activation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with and managing third party vendors, or experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites
• MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
• Experience navigating regulatory or compliance environments with external dependencies
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance workflows, or customer experiences
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management industries
