Expedia Group is seeking an Onboarding and Maintenance Specialist in Austin to enable partner properties on the platform. You will onboard new partners, configure property data, and support campaigns with cross-functional teams.

You'll work with an international team, analyze data with Excel/SQL, and use Salesforce/JIRA to track progress. The role emphasizes process improvements, timely communications, and a hands-on approach in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation management, client services project management, or engagement management in partner-facing roles.
• Strong experience with Excel and large data sets; SQL queries preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, Slack, and issue-tracking tools like JIRA.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to work with international teams.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new and converting partners and enable products for existing partners.
• Create/modify room types, rate plans, property settings, and content.
• Load merchandising campaigns with commercial teams; track KPIs and timelines.
• Communicate updates with partners and internal stakeholders across teams.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting partners; drive onboarding and product enablement improvements.
