The role requires 3–5 years in operations or account/program management, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a data-driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree required; English proficiency mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations, account management, program roles in travel or tech.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving with a proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational health of insurance supply partner relationships.
• Lead weekly partner calls, MBRS, QBRs with insights and action items.
• Oversee financial reconciliation, bookings, and invoicing with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot technical, connectivity, and compliance issues across teams.
• Monitor KPIs and translate findings into recommendations.
• Develop SOPs, SLAs, and supplier dashboards for automation.
• Act as liaison between field operations and leadership.
• Assist with licensing, reporting, and compliance across markets.
• Analyze large datasets to surface actionable insights.
