Responsibilities

• Starts by building relationships with customers or their account team, including key buyers/decision makers.
• Helps create opportunities through meetings and discovery to grow customer accounts.
• Develops understanding of the customer’s business issues through appropriate channels.
• Recommends products, services, and insights to meet customer needs.
• Creates basic account plans outlining tactics to acquire or maintain business.
• Learns how the department operates within the larger organization.
• Familiarizes with policy, practices, trends, and information affecting customers.
