Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in web, digital, marketing operations, or partner marketing.
• Proven track record of roadmap planning, capacity modeling, prioritization, and cross‑functional delivery.
• Ability to present trade‑offs to senior leaders and manage expectations across competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the partner web roadmap as a single source of truth and lead quarterly planning.
• Build a capacity model across multiple content, development, and design streams.
• Own the project intake process and communicate prioritization decisions to requestors.
• Establish clear stakeholder cadence with status updates and risk management.
• Coordinate execution across authoring, development, design, content, and operations teams.
• Manage an operations team of three, including coaching and contractor relationships.
