Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Web Program Manager to align partner web initiatives with business priorities. You will translate needs into clear roadmaps, manage capacity across cross-functional teams, and drive delivery through structured intake and governance.

You will lead a small ops team, coach staff, and coordinate with design, engineering, content, and procurement to ensure high-value outcomes in a fast-paced travel tech environment in Austin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in web, digital, or partner marketing.
• Proven roadmap planning, capacity modeling, and delivery coordination across teams.
• Ability to present trade-offs to senior leaders and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with web CMS and digital production workflows; AEM is a plus.
• Proficient with Smartsheet, Jira, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the partner web roadmap as the single source of truth and lead planning cycles.
• Build and maintain a capacity model across authoring, development, content, design, and agencies.
• Own the project intake process and route work through the proper workflow.
• Establish stakeholder cadences, provide status updates, and surface risks and blockers.
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent practices.
• Lead an operations team of three, including coaching and contractor management.
