PartsSource, the leading technology platform for healthcare equipment management, seeks a Service Practice Director to own onboarding across the Services portfolio. You will design repeatable implementations, lead multi-site launches, and align onboarding with sales, revenue ops, and customer success to deliver measurable clinical outcomes.

The role emphasizes executive communication, change leadership, and capacity planning to ensure consistent, trusted customer experiences from day one.

Qualifications

10+ years leading complex, customer-facing launches in implementation, onboarding, or service delivery.
Proven ability to build repeatable onboarding standards and playbooks.
Healthcare/healthcare tech management or managed services experience.
Strong program and project management, executive communication, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

Define, document, and maintain end-to-end onboarding standards for all Services programs from contract to go-live.
Lead enterprise launches across multiple sites and markets, ensuring quality and consistency.
Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to align onboarding with the full customer lifecycle.
Coach teams, manage capacity, and continuously improve onboarding metrics and outcomes.
