Confido Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Implementation to own onboarding for new customers. You will design scalable processes, coordinate with product, CS, and sales, and lead enterprise deployments from kickoff to go-live.

The role requires 8+ years in complex implementations, a builder mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. NYC headquarters, equity, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software implementations or onboarding.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or CPG deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Comfort with data, configuring software, and troubleshooting without hand-holding.
• Experience with CPG/retail or supply chain is a plus.
• Willingness to be in NYC HQ 5 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Design and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
• Configure Confido platform to match workflows and data structures.
• Drive customer stakeholder alignment and engagement.
• Develop training programs and onboarding materials.
• Run live onboarding sessions and workshops.
• Measure time-to-value and drive adoption.
• Build implementation playbooks, templates, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product for successful outcomes.
