Job summary

Trucordia seeks an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding for Payroll services, acting as the bridge between Sales and Service and ensuring a seamless setup of all payroll-related services.

The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager and trusted advisor, capable of guiding clients through a structured implementation process while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, account management, or project management and payroll.
• Experience in ASO, HR services, payroll, benefits administration, or related field highly preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Implementation: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding; Lead kickoff meetings to establish timelines, expectations, and success criteria; Manage full-cycle implementation including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance; Ensure accurate and timely setup of client accounts, employee data, and system configurations
• Project Management: Develop and manage onboarding project plans, timelines, milestones; Track progress and address risks, delays, or issues; Coordinate cross-functionally with payroll, benefits, HR, compliance, IT; Maintain consistent stakeholder communication
• Relationship Management: Build strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders; Serve as trusted advisor by understanding client needs; Provide guidance on ASO services and best practices; Ensure positive client experience and high satisfaction; Partner with Sales for smooth handoff and alignment
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all required documentation is collected, accurate, and compliant; Maintain detailed onboarding activity records; Support regulatory and internal compliance standards
