Job summary

PILGRIM is hiring for an onboarding trainer/coordinator to administer and evaluate new hire onboarding. You will supervise new hires during training and make recommendations to HR on training needs and continued employment.

You will develop positive relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients, and coordinate training across multiple sessions with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and onboarding in a workplace setting.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to present ideas clearly to employees and teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, track, and evaluate onboarding training for new hires.
• Supervise new hires during training and advise HR on needs.
• Develop positive relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients.
• Meet with trainers and HR to review training materials and processes.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, manage logistics and venues.
• Participate on HR and company committees and track compliance.
• Assist with yearly learning plan and employee training.
• Support HR during downtime and handle other duties as assigned.
