Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to administer and track New Hire Orientation and onboarding. You will supervise new hires during training and collaborate with HR to address training needs while building positive relationships across teams.

Role requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You will work in a plant/industrial setting, coordinating multiple training sessions and participating in HR committees.

Qualifications

• Experience in training or onboarding programs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven professional communication and demeanor.
• Ability to present ideas clearly to employees at all levels.
• Excellent presentation skills and teamwork orientation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in a plant/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and track New Hire Orientation and Onboarding training.
• Supervise new hires during the training period and advise management/HR.
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders and clients.
• Meet with trainers, HR, and Benefits to review training materials and processes.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions (multiple/parallel).
• Organize and maintain training venues, logistics, and equipment.
• Participate on HR & company committees.
• Collaborate with Excellence Coordinators and HR to track compliance and results.
• Assist HR with yearly employee training.
• All other duties as assigned.
