Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to guide new hires from Orientation through the first 60 days on the Production floor. This hourly, full-time role requires strong organization and teamwork in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will administer onboarding training, coordinate sessions, track progress, and collaborate with HR, trainers, and Benefits coordinators to ensure a smooth transition for new team members. Requires excellent communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in Communications or HR preferred.
• Experience in onboarding/training is a plus.
• Ability to work in a plant/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, track, and evaluate all New Hire Onboarding training in compliance with People Pillar and Complex Onboarding Program.
• Supervise new-hires during training and make recommendations to management/HR.
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders and clients.
• Meet with trainers, supervisors, HR, and Benefits coordinators to review training materials and processes.
• Schedule and coordinate training for multiple, sometimes simultaneous, sessions.
• Organize and maintain training venues, logistics, and equipment.
• Participate on HR & company committees.
• Help track compliance and results of orientation with HR.
• Assist HR team with yearly training of all employees.
• All other duties as assigned.
