Responsibilities

• Onboarding coordinators perform 90% on the production floor to supervise safety and enforce directives.
• Provide hands-on training for new hires during onboarding (45–60 days) and advise on training needs.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure proper onboarding training.
• Develop positive working relationships between new hires, peers, and leaders.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
