Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Onboarding Operations Supervisor to provide direct oversight of Onboarding Operations Associates and manage onboarding activities and compliance for the team. The role partners with CLS hub and field offices to ensure customer expectations are met and success is achieved across onboarding processes.

The supervisor will interview, train, develop, and manage the team, escalating complex inquiries and driving continuous improvement while ensuring accurate data collection

• Audit data collection for accuracy and improve data integrity.
• Provide input to process design and drive continuous improvements.
• Resolve complex onboarding inquiries escalated by associates.
