Job summary
Behavior Frontiers seeks a skilled onboarding operations leader in the United States to supervise a team, manage day-to-day onboarding activities, and ensure compliance across all processes. You will optimize workflows, train staff, and partner with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and IT to support hiring initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in onboarding or HR operations, strong project management, and a track record of process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years in onboarding, HR operations, or recruiting operations.
- Experience supervising or leading a team preferred.
- Proficient with onboarding platforms, HRIS, ATS, and reporting tools.
- Experience with multi-state hiring and onboarding preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
- Experience with Monday.com or OnePoint preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Onboarding Team, oversee workload distribution, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee onboarding lifecycle with strict compliance, documentation, and credentialing activities.
- Develop dashboards and run reports to monitor department metrics and improve processes.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Training, Compliance, Credentialing, IT and Operations on special projects.
