Behavior Frontiers is seeking a proactive Onboarding Team Lead in California to supervise day-to-day onboarding operations, ensuring timely completion and strict compliance. You will mentor staff, track performance, and drive process improvements across HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and IT teams.

Responsibilities include managing the full onboarding lifecycle, coordinating background checks and credentialing, and developing dashboards to monitor metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business/Admin, HR, Healthcare Admin or related field.
• 3-5 years of onboarding, HR ops, or related experience.
• Leadership/ Supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience with onboarding platforms, HRIS, ATS, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Onboarding Team operations, supervising workload, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding lifecycle including background checks, TB screenings, I-9 verification, credentialing, and audits.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor metrics; partner with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Compliance, IT and Operations.
