Job summary

Collectors is seeking an onboarding-focused HR professional to own and optimize the company-wide onboarding program, from pre-boarding through Day 1, with initial emphasis on US onboarding and future global expansion.

You will drive improvements, ensure compliance with evolving regulations, and partner with multiple teams to deliver a smooth new-hire experience. A data-driven mindset and 3+ years in onboarding are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct onboarding or HR operations experience.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
• Ability to use HR metrics to drive program impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the company-wide onboarding process, starting with US onboarding and potential global expansion.
• Drive process improvements, standardize communications, FAQs, and playbooks across locations.
• Ensure onboarding compliance with federal, state, and local updates and policy changes.
• Deliver regular reporting to HR leadership and present data-driven recommendations.
