You will ensure completion of employment documents, background checks, and compliance, while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting managers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in onboarding and HR administration.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Previous HR, onboarding, or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new hires.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and welcome experiences.
• Ensure completion of employment documentation, background checks, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Partner with hiring managers to support a seamless transition for new team members.
• Assist with employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
• Support additional HR projects and administrative functions as needed.
