Job summary

Pima Community College Foundation Inc. seeks an OED Assistant Program Manager to coordinate onboarding, professional development, and training across the college.

You will administer the New Employee Orientation, manage development funds, and support LMS operations while partnering with supervisors and departments to deliver effective programs. You will also handle training logistics, reporting, and communications, ensuring resources are current and accessible to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of professional level program experience.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of project management and training experience.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, professional development funds, and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Employee Orientation, coordinate schedules and content, and manage logistics.
• Collaborate with managers to involve departments in orientation and support.
• Develop training materials, track participation, and promote opportunities.
• Coordinate LMS activities, courses, learner records, and reporting.
• Support funding programs for staff development and administer the related processes.
• Provide user support for training events, including space setup and tech needs.
• Assist with reporting, special projects, and compliance documentation.
