Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of onboarding systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse).
• Track metrics and drive improvements for onboarding programs.
• Assist in weekly orientation preparations.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries from new hires and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement positive employee experiences to aid cultural adaptation.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to create onboarding resources for managers and leaders.
