Brightline Dealer Advisors seeks an Employee Benefits Onboarding Coordinator to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new benefits clients—from initial commitment to 90 days after the effective date.

The role serves as the central project manager for onboarding, coordinating with client teams, HRIS, enrollment and partners, carriers, and internal staff to ensure a smooth transition for dealership HR and employees.

• Experience in client onboarding and project management.
• Excellent organizational and timelines management.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own the onboarding process from signedBusiness/Broker through 90 days post-effective date.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding timeline for each new client.
• Establish milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and ownership across all parties.
• Coordinate internal and client-facing kickoff meetings.
• Maintain implementation checklists, project plans, and status reporting.
• Identify risks and drive resolution to keep projects on track.
• Manage multiple client implementations with high accuracy and service.
