Lend Home Improvements is seeking a Dealer Onboarding Coordinator to own the dealer experience from signup to training and processing their first applications. This is a process and coordination role—no selling or content creation—focused on moving dealers through activation, compliance review, training handoff, and a 30‑day follow‑up to ensure active usage.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in operations, onboarding, account coordination, or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with spreadsheets and a CRM.
• Clear, professional written communication for contractors.
• Attention to data accuracy and deduplication of records.
• Comfortable on the phone with business owners using a script.

Aufgaben

• Manage dealer data across lending platforms and keep records accurate.
• Move dealer information between internal systems and lending partners weekly.
• Prepare, send, and track partner agreements via DocuSign; follow up on paperwork.
• Track lender status and relay credentials between partners; resolve data issues.
• Schedule and conduct scripted compliance reviews before activation.
• Coordinate training handoff and log outcomes; book sessions with owners.
• Conduct 30-day follow-up to assess activity and re-engagement needs.
