Job summary

Innovetive Petcare is hiring an HR Coordinator to manage onboarding and HR operations across our veterinary hospitals and home office. You will coordinate the onboarding experience, manage pre-employment screening, and maintain accurate records, partnering with Recruiting, Payroll, and Operations to deliver a consistent, welcoming process.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR, experience with onboarding and HRIS (Paycom), and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in human resources or HR administration.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding workflows, Form I-9, and pre-employment screening.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service mindset.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS and basic HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding in Paycom from offer to first day.
• Monitor onboarding workflows, track tasks, and follow up with hires and managers.
• Handle pre-employment screening, including background checks and licensure verifications.
• Maintain accurate employee records and serve as HR resource for staff and managers.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, HRBP, Payroll, Operations, and hospital leaders.
