Job summary

Nurture & Nature is seeking an Onboarding & HR Administrator in Valley Village, CA. This full-time role bridges Recruiting and Team Relations to manage the post-offer workflow, onboarding documentation, and a positive new-hire experience.

The position covers communications between Recruiting and Team Relations, organizing I-9/E-Verify, TB tests, Livescan, onboarding calendars, training materials, and Paycom records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in HR, onboarding, or administrative coordination (ABA/healthcare preferred).
• Proficient with Paycom, HRIS systems (UKG or similar).
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Ability to clear FBI and DOJ fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Post-Offer Handoff & Communication between Recruiting and Team Relations.
• Manage onboarding packet completeness and scheduling next steps.
• Conduct onboarding calls and maintain accurate internal trackers.
• Coordinate Livescan fingerprinting and TB test within 72 hours of offer acceptance.
• Lead onboarding emails, training materials, and NHO invitations.
• Schedule New Hire Orientation and ensure readiness for virtual onboarding.
• Perform Paycom onboarding and ensure legal compliance (I-9, E-Verify).
• Maintain HR documentation and trackers in Paycom and HRIS systems.
