Job summary

Innovetive Petcare in Austin is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support onboarding across our 80+ veterinary hospitals and home office. You will manage end-to-end onboarding in Paycom, handle pre-employment screening, maintain employee records, and collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, and operations to deliver a smooth, compliant experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience including onboarding and documentation.
• Experience with pre-employment screening and I-9 compliance.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Paycom or similar HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding in Paycom from offer to day one.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings and license verifications.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist HR audit processes.
• Provide HR support and answer questions from employees and managers.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Operations and leaders to improve onboarding.
