Momentous Concepts is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations across our Central Texas hospitality group. This entry-level role offers exposure to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, records, employee relations, and compliance, working closely with senior HR leadership and multiple departments.

You will gain hands-on experience with Paylocity, Employee Navigator, and Indeed, while contributing to projects that grow your HR career in a hands-on environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or hands-on HR exposure.
• Interest in building a career in HR.
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear, professional communication with managers and staff.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and learning new systems.
