The Romanoff Group of Companies in Columbus, OH seeks an On-boarding Specialist (HR Coordinator) to streamline new hire onboarding across the organization. You will connect Human Resources, Recruiting, and new employees, scheduling, training, and maintaining HRIS records.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years HR experience in a multi-state environment, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Paylocity or Greenhouse; bachelor’s degree preferred and a passion for employee experience and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR-related experience, preferably in a multi-state setting.
• Experience with HR software and systems (Paylocity, Greenhouse) and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting to manage final recruitment stages and communications.
• Complete Form I-9, verify documents, and maintain I-9 files.
• Assist in preparing new employee files and onboarding materials.
• Track mandatory and non-mandatory training and certifications.
• Support orientation, recognition programs, and HRIS data entry.
