Job summary

Our Town Studios in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage HR systems, support recruiting and onboarding, and ensure smooth new hire orientation.

You will maintain employee files, track trainings and compliance deadlines, assist with internal HR reporting and audits, and provide administrative support to leadership. This full-time, in-person role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative support.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS is a plus.
• Professional and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems including Paycor and Advisor.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure onboarding tasks are completed.
• Maintain employee files and track certifications, trainings, and compliance deadlines.
• Complete background checks and onboarding paperwork.
• Support internal HR reporting and audits.
• Enter and track client outcome documentation.
• Provide administrative support to leadership and the HR department.
