Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR policies and inquiries.
• Assist with employee relations matters and investigations.
• Coordinate benefits programs and employee communications.
• Support recruitment by coordinating interviews and postings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain and update HRIS data and reporting.
• Contribute to policy development and performance management processes.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
