Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and new-employee orientation with admin support and I-9/background checks.
• Maintain and organize employee records and HR filing systems.
• Answer employee questions about benefits and HR policies.
• Help resolve employee issues confidentially.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
• Support internal communications and HR-related postings.
• Assist HR projects like training and benefits enrollment.
