Cooler Master USA seeks an HR Generalist with manufacturing experience to support a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You will manage full-cycle HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, and people analytics, while promoting a culture of safety and compliance.

This on-site role in Fremont, CA requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trust with leaders, and proactive HR process improvements aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with minimum 3 years in HR within high-tech or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to manufacturing workforces.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard office software.
• Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles, including sourcing, interviewing and offers.
• Maintain HR records, payroll processing, HRIS updates and workforce administration.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and deliver related trainings.
• Advise employees and managers on HR issues and resolve concerns promptly.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with enrollment and inquiries.
• Coordinate training initiatives to develop manufacturing staff.
