Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
8+ years progressive HR/recruiting experience, including at least 3 years leading a recruiting team in Engineering and Manufacturing.
Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Proven success recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience with the implementation of talent attraction strategies.
Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, recruiting analytics, and employment best practices.
Good working knowledge of California employment laws and regulations.
Previous experience with internal and external stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of recruiters to plan, forecast, and execute talent strategies.
Partner with management teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting plans.
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent availability and pipeline development.
Manage staffing agencies to support business growth.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
Collaborate with HRIS team to optimize ATS, career pages, and workflows.
Monitor recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
Ensure compliance with federal and California laws and fair hiring practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology and reporting.
Develop relationships with staffing partners and local groups to support hiring.
Support employer branding and candidate experience.
