Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Fremont is seeking a coordination specialist who will serve as the link between the Customer and the Operations team to ensure flawless execution of programs and projects. You will lead daily meetings, generate status reports, manage changes (ECR, ECO, FAI), document processes, and communicate issues to both internal teams and HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of similar industry experience.
• Experience with SAP/Order Management System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct daily meetings with Operation team for Build plan, status updates, priority commitment, and issue trackers on current projects.
• Provide daily and weekly reports that summarize key activity and project status.
• Coordinate for changes (ECR, ECO, FAI) processes with appropriate internal functional teams.
• Maintain documented processes of key functions and strive for the continuous improvement of processes.
• Communicate daily issues with internal team and HQ team for resolution.
• Coordinate the tracking and communication of customer order/ shipments.
• Maintain current NPl checklists and Project status updates.
• Review customer forecast and update information into systems.
• Manage and coordinate customer shipments arrangement with logistics teams.
• Follow-up on inventory transactions to ensure completion.
• Perform administrative functions.
