Job summary

Global Expansion is seeking a proactive Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding, coordinating with Clients, Employees and Local Partners to ensure a seamless experience. You will establish relationships across Clients, Employees, Local Partners and internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation, timely introductions, and clear communication throughout onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding with Clients, Employees and Local Partners to ensure a seamless experience.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with Clients, Employees, Local Partners, and internal departments.
• Ensure onboarding documentation and systems are accurate, current, and aligned with client expectations.
• Schedule and lead onboarding meetings and onboarding presentations with employees, coordinating internal teams and system access.
• Guide and support new employees with company policies, procedures, and resources while maintaining clear communication.
• Act as SME for Employment, Immigration and related queries, using Local Partners and internal resources for guidance.
• Provide guidance and support in resolving policy/contract exceptions requested by Clients/Employees.
• Monitor onboarding durations and key steps to ensure timely progress and preempt delays.
• Establish a clear target start date for onboarding and anticipate potential challenges for the client.
• Support the Employee Experience team with relevant information post-onboarding and maintain dashboards.
