Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new team members and existing employees during onboarding and transfers.

• Communicate candidate status to stakeholders (hiring manager, recruiter, learning and development).
• Manage pre-employment background checks and health appointment scheduling.
• Support new team members through their first year and foster belonging.
