Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires from offer to start.
• Schedule and prep weekly new hire orientation across sites.
• Communicate status of new hires with internal stakeholders.
• Verify employment eligibility of new hires.
• Evaluate and improve onboarding processes.
• Provide timely responses to new hire questions.
• Track and order onboarding supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and managers to source development resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
