Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an Onboarding Specialist/Coordinator for a 24+ month contract at New Albany, OH. It is an onsite role with some hybrid flexibility, focused on New Hire Orientation and coordinating across HR, Talent Acquisition, Digital Innovation & Technology, Security and other site functions.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience and demonstrate strong organizational, project-management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding processes and cross-functional teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO), including agenda development, scheduling, communications, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Talent Acquisition, Digital Innovation & Technology, Security, and other site functions.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics, including site access, technology provisioning, workspace setup, required training coordination, and pre-start communications.
• Lead onboarding activities for new hires and visiting staff by providing process guidance, coordinating access and training needs, and ensuring a consistent, positive site experience.
• Maintain, update, and coordinate review of onboarding and training materials with content owners; ensure materials are current, controlled, and available when needed.
• Provide administrative support to site leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, communications, presentation preparation, and other administrative needs; serve as backup to site administrative assistants as needed.
