The role blends onboarding operations with content management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a branded employee experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating new hire sessions, updating onboarding materials, and creating graphics for events using tools

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee onboarding, community management, hospitality, HR operations, or a customer-facing workplace role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and welcome swag distribution across multiple time zones.
• Onsite hospitality anchor: greet employees, guests, vendors; resolve day-to-day workplace needs.
• Manage onboarding materials and update calendars; draft clear workplace communications.
• Create graphics for events and onboarding materials; maintain brand consistency.
