Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking an Onboarding Experience Coordinator to support Physician & APP recruitment, guiding new hires from offer to first day and creating a positive onboarding experience. This temporary role runs through 8/31/2027 and involves coordinating interviews, site visits, and onboarding activities across departments.

You will verify new hire information, support backgrounds, health assessments, and ensure compliance, while maintaining onboarding processes and reporting for

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in HR, PM, business admin, communications, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in call center, customer service, patient care, admin support, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate itineraries, travel, lodging and meals for interviews.
• Assist recruiters with candidate site visits and represent Corewell Health.
• Maintain candidate databases and reporting for recruitment metrics.
• Lead pre-boarding activities and liaise with HR, Finance, DS, Facilities and others.
