Job summary

Wellspect HealthCare is seeking a detail-oriented Care Coordinator to support patients and healthcare professionals throughout the care journey. You will be the first contact for patients, gather essential information, provide product education, and guide onboarding, while coordinating documentation and inter-team communication.

The role supports our field sales team and maintains daily contact with healthcare institutions across the USA.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing or highly regulated role preferred.
Experience in a call center, medical device, medical office, or healthcare environment is a strong plus.
Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Occasional travel (<5% annually).
Familiarity with BrightTree and Salesforce is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support patients and healthcare professionals throughout the care journey as the first contact point.
Gather essential information, provide product education, and guide onboarding.
Coordinate documentation and ensure timely, accurate processing.
Communicate across teams to ensure seamless onboarding and care coordination.
Document all interactions in systems (BrightTree and Salesforce) and log call notes.
Meet call volume targets while maintaining quality and patient focus.
Adhere to HIPAA, Medicare, and internal guidelines.
